It is always hard to determine a topic that you would like to write about. To help you brainstorm, think of the topic that you like or are interested in. You can also use internet search engines to determine if that other people have done your desired topic or if there is enough information for you to use on your writing, which is useful if you are writing a research paper.

Research


Research is exteremely important especially when you are writing a report or trying to inform others of the information that you have found. Make sure your sources are credible and give you accurate information; therefore, avoiding passing on false information

Outline


Outlining the structure of your paper will help you organize your thoughts. It will allow you deteremine the logical flow of the information that you are trying to write.

Multiple Drafts


Allowing yourself time to have multiple drafts for your paper will help you revise. No draft is perfect and every draft always have room for improvement. Proofread and deteremine if your paper is clear that someone who is not familiar with your topic can easily understand what you are trying to say.
